Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including 1 bathroom 1 suite, living-dining area and open kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning hot / cold. A storage room with washer and dryer belongs to the apartment. A guest bed, a travel cot and a high chair are also available.

Wonderful Villa with beautiful pool and walking distance beach

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool is clean and beautiful as is the villa we stayed in. Marco met us and let us in and answered all our questions when we had them. We could not have had a better location to get to beaches and other activities. Lots of restaurants to walk to when you need something to eat and there is a train to Porto Cristo. A/C is really nice and beds were comfortable for us. It's truly a great location for a beach vacation and Marco is an amazing host. The only other tips to give would be to buy paper goods down the street at the great little market before you arrive or when you get there. Terrific stay!

A lovely condo near great beaches

This is a nice property and exactly as shown in the photos. The air conditioning works well (thank goodness!). The condo is a just a couple of minute walk from the pool, which was nice to provide more quiet (although the pool didn't seem to get super loud). Cala Anguilla was our favorite beach nearby. We stayed in mid-August and the umbrellas for rent were usually claimed by about 10-10:30. However, plenty of space if you don't get one. Andrea's place is stocked well with towels and umbrellas. The washer and dryer is very nice too. Andrea was a lovely host and was quick to answer any questions we had very promptly. Check-in and check-out was very easy too! There are a couple of small shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk which was also very convenient. We had a wonderful stay here!

Perfect for a family

We are a family of 5. Andrea is a great host, she was quick to respond to any questions we had and was kind enough to let us check out late. The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable, has great wifi and is well situated near 3 beautiful beaches. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Sommer im Oktober

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und die Wohnung stimmte mit den Bildern des Inserats überein. Nur wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte es manchmal schwierig werden. Die Wohnung ist recht nellhörig, sodass das TV Gerät oder Ähnliches der Nachbarn deutlich zu hören ist.

Entspannter Sommerurlaub

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls super. Hier hat man seine Ruhe und ist trotzdem nicht weit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strand etc. entfernt. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Un appartement très bien équipé dans une résidence au calme et à 5mn de la mer !

Nous avons passé 10 jours en famille, dans cet appartement, que nous avons beaucoup apprécié : Bonne climatisation, plancha très appréciée et, les deux salles de bain dont une avec baignoire sont un plus. La résidence en plein mois d’août, était très calme et la piscine très agréable.

Rundum sorglose Erholung

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle ruhige Lage in einer in sich geschlossenen Anlage. Die Anlage und der zugehöroge Pool ist sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war wirklich tip top sauber. Selbst in und unter den Schränken war alles sehr sehr ordentlich und sauber und man findet wirklich alles vor, was es für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Selbst Sandspielzeug für die Kinder war da. Besonders gefreut hat mich auch der freundliche Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Es wurde blitzschnell geantwortet und alles verlief reibungslos. Ein Aufenthalt ist wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Wunderschöne Zeit in Cala Mendia

Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Anlage mit Pool war sehr gepflegt. Wir verbrachten dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.
