Amazing 10/10

It was an amazing stay!! The staff was so attentive and welcoming!! I was able to chat and ask questions beforehand via WhatsApp and they replying super quick! The whole property is beautiful. I would stay again and again! The beach is super close. A nice walk down and a nearby store and dinning area is also just a walk away! It’s absolutely beautiful! For true Mallorca exploring I recommend renting a car! And this hotel had so much parking! I loved it here. Rented 4 rooms for over 19 of us and everyone had a great time!

A l'arrivée, un peu compliqué sur le logement. Mais très très bonne réaction de l'équipe qui a su nous satisfaire dès le lendemain matin. Ils ont un vrai sens du service client. Ils ont toujours gardé le sourire et ont trouvé la bonne solution. Un grand merci à eux. L'environnement est calme et agréable.

La piscine et l'appartement étaient top! Par contre au niveau équipement il manquait une cafetière, un grille pain, un peu plus de vaisselle, un store et un éclairage sur la terrasse... c'est dommage,il faisait tellement chaud qu'on ne pouvait pas profiter de la terrasse le jour et pas de lumière le soir. Pas de wifi pour les ados😉 La ville à côté de la résidence n'était pas du tout intéressante et malheureusement l'eau de la mer n'était pas propre...Quel dommage qu'il y ait des gens aussi sales dans un lieu aussi beau... L'équipe de la résidence était très sympa et à l'écoute de nos besoins.
