CASA BITACOLA ETV/8219 with its panoramic ocean views is located within walking distance of the beautiful seaside town Porto Cristo, full of restaurants, bars, and shops.
It is also only a short drive from the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy in Manacor.

The house is located in a quiet, luxurious residential neighborhood located between the seaside cliffs of Sa Torre del Falcons and the crystal clear waters of the Cala Murta cove.

The space
There are stunning, panoramic sea views from the several outdoor terraces of the house where you can enjoy moonlight dinners under the stars as well as spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

The house has had many recent improvements, measures more than 500 metres squared, comes with 4 bathrooms and 6 double bedrooms including one bunk bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.


Ground floor: indoor area with barbecue and extra kitchen with dining table, plus double bedroom and bathroom. Access to the pool area and porch.
First floor: large kitchen, living room – dining room with access to the terrace overlooking the pool. Three bedrooms, a games room and two bathrooms.
Second floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Room 2: 1st floor, located next to room 1, has two single bunk beds, with wardrobe and window.
