The room is clean and warm. Walkable to several plaza and close to the shuttle stop. Particularly, the staff were super helpful and nice. Will go there again next ski trip :)

instead of camping in our camper last night,.decided to splurge and book a hotel with a hot tub....but the hot tub was cold and the steamroom doesn't work. The attendant said it takes 15 minutes for the steam I turned it on and got in the sauna while it heated up. I waited 40 minutes and no steam. She said the Hot Tub stops heating at 10pm. I got in it around 9:15, it was probably 65ddegrees.deReally a bummer.

Very nice lounge. Board games sauna. Billiards. Clean room thoughtful staff. Great place to get stuck in a blizzard ;). Also great value!!!

We had a a lot of heavy luggage because we were on a long trip. Having only stairs and no ramp was a problem for us. The hot tub was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only issue was the parking! They had me park outside my whole stay since the entrance of the parking was under construction! I had to make 3 trips in the middle of the night to take out my stuff from the car to the room! Beside that the room was great and the stay was great too!

Wish I got to see the city in all its glory but the smoke from the Fresno fire prevented that. Great food and loved visiting all the lakes especially June because it was clear that day!!!!
