This spacious 3 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom townhouse, nestled in the tranquil

Snowcreek community, offers an idyllic retreat with breathtaking mountain

views. Located next to the meadow and creek, you'll enjoy nature's beauty

right at your doorstep. Featuring a 3 split level floorplan, with private

entrance with just 3 steps to entry, the bedrooms are on the lower level, with

living areas and a loft on the upper levels, allowing for ample space and

privacy while maintaining cozy areas to gather. From the balcony, enjoy a

serene outlook over the lawn, meadow, and the majestic Sherwin Mountains.



A spacious, open-plan living room features a pellet stove fireplace, a large

sectional sofa, and a flatscreen TV for streaming -- perfect for relaxing

after a day of outdoor adventure. The full kitchen is stocked with all the

essentials for preparing family meals, with a dining table that extends to

seat 8. Additional seating includes bar stools at the kitchen counter and a

bonus area overlooking the kitchen, ideal for casual meals or coffee breaks.

Great after initial issues

Overall this place is great. Very large bedrooms, plenty of sleeping spaces. Issues: puddle in front of fridge. Called on Sunday upon my arrival, heard back Monday morning, by which time I’d gone thru 2 large bath towels soaking up water. Had to wait at home for a maintenance person who was supposed to arrive at 9am, ended up arriving at noon.. not the best way to start vacation. Also, dishwasher was full of clean dishes, so I got to empty that. Turns out it was a broken hose to the water and icemaker, so maintenance guy turned that off and gave me some ice cube trays, because the part had to be ordered. After this, no more issues. Snowcreek 1 is a very spacious development, great place to stay.

Very well equipped and clean condo

Condo was as advertised. It seems that it may have been recently remodeled, very clean and with a well equipped kitchen, toys for the kids, laundry supplies and plenty of bathroom supplies. Living room layout was a little bit awkward with large sofa and placement of tv and no other seating. We would rent again.
