Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly condo designed for easy mountain getaways. With space for up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, everyone can spread out and relax.

The primary suite features a king bed, TV, and direct access to a balcony—perfect for a breath of fresh air. A second bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds makes a great kids’ zone, while the third bedroom has a cozy queen bed. Two additional full bathrooms help keep mornings smooth for the group. You’ll also have an in-home washer and dryer for easy laundry days.



When it’s time to recharge, head to the on-site hot tub and sauna, and take in the mountain setting that Mammoth is known for. Parking is easy with space for two vehicles.

It was too short to fully appreciate the condo and to get a chance to thank you sooner. Felt so large for just a few of us. I really like the area to put ski stuff. The fire place heater is great after the slopes. The actual design and layout of the upstairs is socially inviting. Snow creek in general, is always great. But your personal touches make it very cozy. I’m grateful that you’ve decided to rent it out for others to enjoy. I hope you also get plenty of time to enjoy it yourselves . My one critique, it would have been nice to use the upper deck. It was covered with snow and ice had frozen the creek door shut. So we couldn’t even open it to shovel it. I know it’s mammoth, and it’s always snowing. But usually when I rent cabins they do shovel snow off the deck. And I really would have liked to go out on it too. But what a lovely condo, thank you so much for having us. And we would be happy to come back again if available

Great place, honestly, better than the pictures indicate. Only thing that could be improved is the mattresses are very firm. Maybe that will be to your taste. Other than that the unit and the location are fantastic.

Great stay in mammoth lakes!

We had a wonderful stay at the property! The condo was spacious and parking was easy. The kitchen is a great size and allowed for multiple people to be cooking at once. Unfortunately, the gas oven was broken— it quickly leaked gas when we turned it on. We also struggled with the bbq- it kept shutting off when we used it. I would also recommend against planning to use the futon bed in the living room— you could feel every spring in the mattress and it was very uncomfortable- better to just sleep on the couch. Otherwise we had a great stay and enjoyed the hot tub!

Great location, love this layout and have stayed in similar units in the past. The lower rear deck is missing, with a board across the sliding glass door. The rear upper deck has chipped paint and splinters. There is a defective window shade in the dining area. The TV system did not work properly at all; we were very dissatisfied with that. The downstairs bathroom lights went out of commission on the day before we left and were not restored. The upstairs bathroom toilet seat is loose and moving around. There are a couple of broken screens needing attention. The front door lock is stiff and difficult to work.

Great Place

First off this is a big 3 bedroom with 3 bathrooms, and it is in a fabulous location. You can do great walks and runs directly from the property and the 1 mile road into snow creek has beautiful views. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Maintenance Issues

This is a cute place and the price was right. Unfortunately, I didn't study the recent reviews that mentioned maintenance issues that were "resolved quickly." They were not completely resolved upon our arrival. We had two major systems not working which caused major inconvenience. The management company was very responsive and tried its best to make us comfortable. We were eventually reimbursed for the food we lost (fridge not working), but I would verify that they have made the replacements of major appliances (fridge and washing machine) before you book. Also of note is the hardness of the mattresses and the iffy flushing of the downstairs toilet. The location is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay despite the inconveniences.
