You get what you pay for...This stay is not at all updated. The appliances are very old, but they all work. There is a lot of noise from the main street. TVs are all small and older models. But the price is right!

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Dirty dusty throughout. Animal droppings on beddings on our first night, could not find any extra bedsheets anywhere. Light fixtures falling off wall. Broken light fixture and fan, patio covered in dirt/debris, dead rat right outside. We tried getting help from local contact listed inside unit and they have no record of unit or owner, very strange.

Aging unit in need of some TLC

Unit generally feels like its in need of some updating. Other than the floors, most of the unit is badly showing its age. The fold out sofa bed in the living room should not be counted as a bed in its current condition. There were no sheets in the unit for it, only some blankets and pillows with stains that had obviously not been washed. Mattress was so old and unsupportive, the metal bar underneath dug into my back until I moved to sleep diagonally across the bottom 2/3 of the bed for the rest of the night. The rest of the bedding was clean, but a little old and tired. Disappointing experience, especially for the price. Even two rooms at a cheap motel in town would likely have been a more comfortable option.

Great location and great stay

The property was warm, clean, and had everything we need like from towels to appliances. Jess was extremely fast to respond to any questions. Walked to the mammoth coffee shop a 3 minute walk away which was the best start to the day!
