The Space:

The space flows into a fully equipped kitchen with tiled countertops and a breakfast bar, perfect for gathering while meals are prepared. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy views of the surrounding pine trees, offering a true mountain experience just minutes from local dining and shopping.

• Loft: Located upstairs with one Queen bed and two Twin-over-Full bunk beds (please note: the Full beds feature futon mattresses).
• Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms plus one shared guest bathroom.
Important Things to Note
• Parking: Parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking passes are required and will be located inside the unit.
• Stairs: Please note that this home has stairs; please refer to property photos for layout.
• Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pet Policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of an animal is found during your stay or post-checkout, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
• Resort Access: Please check ski resort policies regarding reservations and tickets prior to arrival, as we cannot provide refunds based on resort availability.
• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check-in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
