This 2 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom condo sleeps 8 comfortably and is conveniently located in town and on the shuttle route. The condo is decorated in a warm and cozy mountain motif and features vaulted ceilings, a large open floorplan in the living area, wood-burning fireplace, and large screen TV with DVD player! This unit includes a full kitchen with all of the appliances, and is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals. This home also comes with a private washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are on the lower level, the master bedroom features a King bed with a private in-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed also with a private in-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and TV. Upstairs on the third story the loft features 4 Twin beds perfect for kids or singles. The third and final full bathroom is on the middle level and features a walk-in shower. The Mammoth Sierra Townhomes complex features a public pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gas grill. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people, has 3 levels inside, there is 1 step to enter the ground level, 2 outdoor parking spaces, and no smoking is permitted. One pet is permitted. We were traveling as a group (three Mom’s and four teen boys two small dogs). The condo worked great for us. Close to store and conveniently located. We enjoyed our time and would highly recommend. There were a few small things broken that I reported but besides that all was amazing.

Weekend getaway

Short trip just to hit the slopes. We had perfect weather and snow conditions. Appears the home is in need of some upgrades and beatification. The beds are old and sunken in. Really need to upgrade that since that affects a persons health. Besides that the location is great and close to everything you need. Thanks

needs refurbishment

The location is great. The townhome needs refurbishment and some repairs. Carpet is dirty and stained. Bathroom showers need repair. Furniture in family room is old and shredding. washer hook ups are connected improperly, cold is hot and hot is cold. If your washing in cold and people are showering, you run out of hot water.( needs to be switched.) We made the best of the situation, but condo was a disappointment.
