SUMMER AIR CONDITIONING AND CEILING FANS

For summer stays, the condo provides two 10,000 BTU portable air-conditioning units connected to dedicated in-wall vents.

One unit is located in the primary bedroom and the other in the living room.

Both rooms also have high-capacity ceiling fans to improve air circulation and comfort.

These portable A/C units provide supplemental cooling and are not central air conditioning. During unusually hot weather, they may not cool the entire condo to your preferred temperature.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT LOCATION

Juniper Springs Lodge sits slopeside on Mammoth Mountain, adjacent to Eagle Express and Eagle Lodge.

Enjoy convenient access to the mountain without the need to drive to the ski lifts.

The condo includes access to a dedicated ski storage locker (#530), making it easy to store equipment between ski days.

After skiing, unwind in the outdoor hot tubs, relax by the fireplace or enjoy the mountain views from your private balcony.

Juniper Springs has two underground parking areas. The lower garage includes several shared electric-vehicle charging spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
