Welcome to Fireside 112, a comfortable, ground-floor one-bedroom condo just steps from The Village at Mammoth. Shops, restaurants, après-ski spots, the transit hub, and the free Village Gondola to Canyon Lodge are all right outside your door — park once and leave the car for the week.

This bright, comfortable space sleeps up to four with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Unwind with the Samsung Frame TV (which doubles as artwork) in the living room and an additional smart TV in the bedroom. On cold nights, curl up by the wood-burning fireplace — firewood is complimentary. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious deck with a gas grill is perfect for grilling after a day on the slopes and stargazing on clear winter nights. Brand-new hardwood floors and high-speed wireless internet complete the space.

Winter at Mammoth
You're minutes from world-class skiing and snowboarding on Mammoth Mountain, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the Lakes Basin, and cozy après-ski evenings in The Village.

Towels and linens are provided. Parking for one vehicle is included in the heated underground garage, with additional vehicles accommodated on a space-available basis.

The Fireside complex is small and quiet, and offers a wonderful heated indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub with views of the Sherwin Mountains — the ideal way to thaw out after a day on the mountain.

This is a non-smoking condo; smoking is permitted outside only.

Your dog is welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Pet waste must be picked up, and excessive hair, stains, or odor will incur an additional cleaning charge. Note that dogs are generally not accepted during holiday periods.

Great place!

This place was perfect for a ski trip. It was very comfortable, had great amenities, and you can’t beat the location. It’s just steps from the village gondola and Mammoth Brewing and so convenient to walk around. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient & close to the gondola

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was exactly as advertised, fantastic location, clean, and plenty of firewood. The wood-burning fireplace was especially appreciated after a long day on the mountain.

Location is outstanding if you want to be at the Village. Unit is very comfortable and was a great value. Had plenty of basic supplies (cooking supplies, sugar, ziplock bags, etc). I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay for our ski weekend. The location is perfect … steps from The Gondola, mountain rentals, and the village. The online description and pictures are very accurate. My first impression of the decor was ‘rustic, but the kitchen is updated and well equipped and the condo had everything we needed. Check in and checkout were easy and the host was very responsive. The price is also reasonable compared to pther village properties. I highly recommend picking this property for your Mammoth stay.

Nice and Cozy Condo in a great location

The Wife, Myself and our dog stayed for 5 days. Enjoyed outdoor activities during the day and Enjoyed the local restaurants and bars that were very close and walkable. Condo was fully stocked and had everything thing we needed and more. Owners kept in touch to make sure everything was great during our stay. Had a great time and would definitely rent from them again.
