The Space:
Settle into a cozy, easygoing condo with 1 bedroom, a loft, and 2 full bathrooms—great for families or a small group. The living room invites you to unwind with a wood-burning fireplace, mounted flat-screen TV, and DVD player. WiFi is provided to keep everyone connected.
Cook at home in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a slow cooker, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, blender, and pots/pans. Share meals at the dining table for 6. In warmer months, slide open the glass doors for fresh mountain air or step out to the balcony for pine views. Gear up easily with a handy mudroom wall for hanging coats and winter equipment.
On-site community amenities make downtime fun: enjoy the year-round hot tub, sauna, rec room, and laundry facilities. In summer, the communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations open for even more to do. Unassigned outdoor parking is available for two vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Unassigned outdoor parking for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis; permits are required.
• Stairs: The loft sleeping area is upstairs.
• WiFi is provided; however, due to our Mammoth Lakes location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pets: This is a no-pet property per HOA rules.
• Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and seasonal closures (including pool, tennis, BBQs) are subject to change.
• Community laundry facilities are available year-round.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Getting Around:
Location logistics: A nearby Green Line shuttle stop runs to Eagle Lodge and The Village. Shops, restaurants, and hiking/biking trails are within walking distance; Snowcreek Golf Course is a short drive. You’re also close to parks, the Town Loop Path, Volcom Brothers Skatepark, Mammoth Rock ’n’ Bowl, Sierra Star Golf (seasonal), the Community Ice Rink/CRC (seasonal), Minaret Village (Vons), Main St/Old Mammoth Rd shops, The Village at Mammoth, Mammoth Museum (seasonal), and local playgrounds.
