Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Very cute and quaint! I’d like to give 4.5, but it’s not an option. I love the retro appliances and LOVE. the in room Franklin stove. Our door deadbolt wouldn’t lock, and the TV kept losing signal (like every couple of minutes). I think check in should be 3:00, like most places. Regardless, it was comfortable, good location, and I’d stay again.

The check in gal did not like her job or me. Fridge did not work in the room and the jacuzzi was out of order. Gave us a parking pass but there were no spots. She said we can park in the handy cap parking but we opted to park at the business across the street in fear of a ticket.

I was by myself, so the tiny room was all that I needed. The price fit what I was looking for. The memory foam bed was comfortable. There was a lot of noise around 7 am. I assume it had something to do with getting breakfast ready. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep later than that.

check in is a breeze, breakfast & location are good. Check in is 4pm (late) & check out is 10am (too early). Room gets cleaned only once during your stay (regardless of how many days you book), parking can be very difficult. No AC room can get stuffy & too scared to open window. Although place is dated bed is very comfy.
