Modern & secure hotel within a few minutes' walk of Malmo central station and the old town. Very walkable area with good dining options. No need for a car. Excellent breakfast. Great views from the upper floors and the restaurant on the 25th floor. Would definitely stay here again.

We paid a little extra for a room on the 20th floor the views and the sunsets were amazing. All the staff were friendly and very helpful, rooms were clean and quite large

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Chose a superior twin which was on the 11th floor with good views over Malmo. Very good gym available to use during our stay. Breakfast was great with a huge variety to choose from. Drinks and pizzas at the rooftop bar was very enjoyable staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walk to central station.

This is the 2nd best hotel I had in Sweden. My room has city view. The reception mgr Victor is “THE BEST”; he may your day better. Help you plan, provide valuable info/suggestions. Kevin @ the GRAND Italian rooftop restaurant is the BEST waiter I had ever meet. This is truly an amazing hotel and excellent experience, and world class Service !

Great smart central hotel

Great centrally located hotel with smart rooms and a lovely sky bar overlooking Malmo and the Oresund strait. We walked everywhere from the hotel.

Breakfast and wait staff there? Top notch. Housekeeping? Also amazing. Just felt the front desk fell flat at times. They weren’t very knowledgeable about Malmo questions. Not all but many. Some seemed annoyed to help us when asked while others were very helpful. Emailed and confirmed two rooms same floor. Also that we had a soaking tub. Upon check in for one room, still confirmed. An hour later our room was floors away and no tub. We questioned and were eventually moved. New room had tub. That night we woke to no air conditioning. Next day we would shower and sweat getting Dressed. We questioned and we were given a new room. We put food in the fridge and it was spoiled the next day. Fridge wasn’t working. Beautiful facility. Well located in city. Parking was expensive but nobody told us about another lot that was 1/2 the price until we heard day before we left. We were there for 10 days. Some workers made it feel like a second home. Others made us feel like a bother and inconvenience.
