Quelle déception!! Un hôtel qui pourrait être un bijou mais qui part complètement à la dérive. Tout a été laborieux du début jusqu’à la fin. Problème de Check in, climatisation dans la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas, problème de clés plusieurs fois par jour, petit déjeuner sans aucun service et pas digne d’un 4 étoiles et un personnel complètement dépassé, voir désabusé. Où est passée la Direction ? Les Managers ?? L’hôtel semble laissé à l’abandon…,en pleine après midi personne à la Réception, personne au bar et des clients qui déambulent désespérément dans le hall pour trouver quelqu’un en attendant leur chambre toujours pas prête à 17h30! Un conseil: mettez votre argent ailleurs …

Accueil et service parfaits : personnel aux petits soins. Chambre avec terrasse très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner très bon et très varié. Un lieu en pleine nature reposant. Le seul point négatif etait la tondeuse à gazon des 7h du matin pour le Golf ! Sinon tout était parfait.

Impossible de trouver l'accueil, malgré plusieurs personnes rencontrées pour me guider, accueil fermé, je n'ai jamais pu accéder à ma chambre, ni avoir la clé, j'ai donc du faire une réservations ailleurs à 20h et payer deux fois la nuit. A noter que l'accueil était également injoignable au tél, inadmissible pour un établissement comme ça.
