It has two bedrooms with a 150x190 cm bed and a third with two 90x200 cm single beds that can be converted, upon request, into a 180x200 cm king-size bed. Bed linens and towels are provided.
The master suite features an en suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower and a Japanese bidet.
There is another full bathroom; bath amenities are provided.
The 40-square-meter living room features a 48-inch smart TV, a dining area, and an office with a printer.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The kitchen is equipped with a combi-fridge, an induction cooktop and grill, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer.
It also includes a full set of dishes and silverware, kitchenware, a blender, a teapot, two coffee makers (an Italian-style and a capsule machine), an iron, and an ironing board.
Kitchen essentials, coffee, assorted teas, sugar, salt, vinegar, and oil are provided.
The apartment has heating and electric fans for the summer.
Beach towels and lounge chairs are provided.
A travel crib and high chair are available upon request.
There is a private gym on the lower level equipped with an elliptical machine and a spin bike, as well as weights and a suspension trainer.
A garage space is available upon request.
Pets are allowed, and a pet bed and welcome amenities are provided.
