The exterior of the villa is equipped with a heated pool and sunbathing area, barbecue, and outdoor dining area. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms located on the first floor of this villa which also has 2 luxury bathrooms. The ground floor consists of a living room with a kitchen dining area and a bathroom. The most attractive part of the villa is the top floor where there is a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the center of Malinska and the sea, on the terrace there is a small kitchen and deck chairs ideal for enjoying summer evenings. There are several parking spaces available to guests which is rare considering the location. The house is fully equipped and guests will not miss anything, enjoy your stay!

Great stay!

Perfectly equiped clean modern house with great location. Very close to center, port, sea, market and restaurants. Private parking, pool, jacuzzi and rooftop seating make our stay very comfortabke. Communication with host was quick, smooth and always helpfull. Really appreciated and highly recommended!
