Nestled on the north coast of the island of Crete, close to the picturesque village of Rodia, with stunning views of the Aegean Sea the complex of Malvezzino Luxury Villas is an exquisite spectacle of minimalism, comfort, and form built on an island of unique identity. The hillside location enjoys breathtaking, panoramic views of the sea and Heraklion city.
Layout
Villa Emiliana is one of the 6 private residences, covering 105 m2, featuring 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The property features wide open spaces, with a living room, dining area and open kitchen, also offering Netflix and central A/C. The villas simple luxury and purity of materials will make you fall in love at first sight, promoting unlimited moments of relaxation on an island of unspoiled beauty and authenticity. Also, the in-ground architecture, natural stone and wide openings create a cool ambience and keep the Villa airy and sunny.
Interior
The main entrance opens up to an open plan area featuring the living room with corner sofa, 50 HDTV and fully equipped kitchen with built-in branded appliances and indoor dining area. Two bedrooms with a king size bed (1,60 X 2,00), 43 HDTV and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and shower cabin with hydromassage column are also available. The living room and both bedrooms provide direct access to the pool terrace, thanks to their floor-to-ceiling glass doors and enjoy beautiful sea views.
Exterior
The pool terrace features a private, heated, 50 m2 infinity swimming pool with hydromassage (1,30 m deep) and unobstructed sea vistas, while being equipped with 2 double daybeds, 2 bean bag chairs and a hanging chair, as well as an outdoor shower for your comfort. Furthermore, the outdoor dining area under the shade of a pergola is ideal for al fresco dining. Finally, the Villa is fully fenced, offering total privacy and has its own entrance and private parking space inside the Villa premises with a gate. The pool heating system can be used with an additional daily charge for the entire stay, and it requires at least one weeks advance notice.
To make things even better, our guests have the privilege to benefit from the Spa Facilities available at the complex, which include:

(The spa room also offers an additional Shower cabin and WC. Treatments are provided with extra charge and by appointment).
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
