Great hotel with airport transfer. Room was clean and decent size. We went to hang out at the rooftop bar while we wait for our ferry the next day. It's a great transition hotel in Male. We did not get to do much exploring but found a great coffee shop nearby.

Amazing staff who are super accomodating. Our departure flights were cancelled due to Middle east conflict which resulted in us having to switch from our resort to the JEN until new flight was available. Their staff met us at the boat dock, escorted us through the airport, and drove us to the hotel. Exellent hospitality. Front desk rep Aisha was outstanding! She took us to our deluxe room and showed us the exec room we had booked for the next day. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and informed about all of our options to accommodate our mobility concerns. I hope you can recognize Aisha with an award. It is really hard to find people who really go the extra mile for their clients. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

We stayed at Hotel Jen in Malé, and the highlight was definitely the staff. The reception team was extremely nice and friendly, making us feel welcome right away. I also loved the airport pickup—the chauffeur was so helpful and even gave us a great introduction to the country during the ride. To be honest, there isn’t much to see in Malé itself, as most visitors head straight to the islands. The hotel is a bit dated, but considering the options in the city, Jen is still among the best in terms of quality and comfort.

Probably the best hotel in an area that does not have a lot of nice hotels. I would go back if for no reason that they have a good airport transfer, the staff are friendly and I don't think there's a lot of better places to stay in Male. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic although the temperature fluctuated so get ready to jump out of the way when it changes. Be careful of the shopkeepers in the tourist gift shops in this area. They will charge exorbitant prices and border on harassment to try to get you to go to their shop.
