"I am very disappointed with this stay. The place may be very nice, the views are wonderful, but it is not necessarily comfortable in winter. The room was very cold, as was the restaurant, where the only “normal” place to sit was by the fireplace. It was also very cold at breakfast, the breakfasts were very basic, and the coffee machines were not working. "
