Amazing stay at Hotel OG! The staff was extremely attentive; the view was spectacular; and the location was undeniable. The room was a little small but who really stays in the room when you are in paradise? The food at The Cloud was great! I cannot say enough good things about this place!!
This was the sunrise from my room the day I left. The boat and fisherman (lower right above the palm) was a bonus)

The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, and I found the lobby both spacious and comfortable. However, the hotel uses a very strong air freshener with a scent that I found quite bothersome. While our standard room (606) was small, it remained cozy. That said, the bathroom was very cramped, and some of the fixtures did not work properly. The breakfast was adequate, but quality could be better.

All staff were courteous and the restaurant was priced well with good food. The room however was not what we expected based on the information provided on Expedia. Hotel claims to be 4 Star rating and even their prices are such. I would probably rate it closer to a 3. The breakfast included was basic and while they stated that service starts at 7am, half the food only shows up at 7:45am including coffee. Toilet was small although i had the upgraded deluxe room. There was also a sound tick that kept going off throughout my 1 night stay. Lastly, for that price of Usd 300 i think its highly overpriced and overrated. Only positive note was the front desk staff and the limo transport to the airport.
