They didn’t find our reservation from hotels.com. Just sent us away and said we needed to contact hotels.com (which was easier said than done… ). Stayed 5 nights in an apartment, it was a bit worn down but spacious, in a good location close to the beach.

Room was clean and looked recently updated, however room towels are only changed every 4 days . Thank goodness there was a washing machine in room. Pool area in need of an upgrade and some deep cleaning. We stayed for 9 nights and the pool area was not cleaned down once. Bins were emptied but floor area, swimming pool, sun loungers were never cleaned during our stay. Tiles in pool were rotten and covered in Green algae. Flooring around pool was grubby with spilt drink marks. Empty cans could be found under loungers the next morning.
