I chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station. It was expensive, but with good reviews, I decided to pay extra expecting a quality stay. Unfortunately, that’s not what I got.
At check-in, I was given a room that wasn’t ready—filthy, with towels on the floor, an unmade bed, and trash everywhere. After I complained, they apologized and asked me to return later. When I did, they gave me the same room, now cleaned.
Not long after, water began leaking from the ceiling near the AC. I asked for another room, but was told the hotel was full. Instead, a technician spent a long time fixing it while I just wanted to rest in the comfortable room I paid for.
Maybe I was unlucky, but based on this experience, I can’t leave a positive review for this hotel.
