Great location but…

The location and view were outstanding. What was lacking was guest comfort and supplies. Kitchen was well equipped but we received one towel each for 5 days. No beach towels or dish towels. One pillow each and no pillow case for the extra pillow. No protectors on beds or pillows which was a sanitary issue. Half a roll of toilet paper, no soap or basic supplies. One coffee mug and second one was chipped and stained. The beds were small twins and sofa was a futon. Neither were comfortable. The view on the deck, watching the sunrise made the stay worthwhile and with a few extra considerations this could be an excellent vacation rental.

Tolle Lage, Sauberkeit naja…

Kleine Wohnung direkt am Strand in einem Hochhaus. Der Terrassenblick ist super, aber die erwähnte Neurenovierung stimmt so unseres Erachtens nicht-und wir sind keine Spießer…Sehr einfache, und leider auch schmutzige Ausstattung (fleckiges Sofa, sehr schmutziges Geschirr/Kühlschrank/Mikrowelle). Der Zustand der Küche war so übel, dass wir in der ersten Nacht ins Hotel flüchteten, während die Agentur putzte. Die Kommunikation klappte nur, weil wir einigermaßen spanisch sprechen. Die Bettwäsche ist aus 100% Polyester & Plastikmatratzenschoner, wer Baumwolle mag, lieber selber mitbringen. Alles wäre für uns perfekt gewesen, wenn es sauber gewesen wäre und einfache Baumwollbettwäsche bezogen gewesen wäre. Sonst stimmt Preis/Leistung.
