The studio-flat is located in a quiet district with all amenities and only 300 metres from Pablo Picasso's birthplace on the edge of the city's pedestrian precinct. The Alcazaba, the Roman Theatre, the Picasso Museum, the Thyssen Museum, the cathedral and the renowned Calle Larios are all less than 10 minutes away on foot, and the nearest beach 20 minutes. It is a real advantage to be able to enjoy to the full and close to hand such important occasions in the city as Holy Week or the August Fair without the undesirable noise of the festivities. With the Cervantes Theatre within 200 metres it is also well placed for those who want to enjoy Malaga's Cinema Festival. It is situated on the 1st floor of a 2-storey building with a lift. It is ideal for two adults, but there is room for 3 people. It has a comfortable double bed (1,50 x 2,00 m.) and a 90-centimetre-wide bed or a travel-cot if your child is under 2 years old. For your clothes there is a 3-metre-wide, well-fitted wardrobe and a shoe-cabinet. I've had the good fortune of staying with a lot of great hosts, but Ángel has to be in the very top. He is so attentive, kind and you can really see the care he puts into every little detail here. He welcomed me in person and took time to show me around the apartment and how everything worked, - he even let me keep my bag with him longer on my last day! The accommodation itself is spotlessly clean, cosy and comfy and has everything you might need for a short (or longer) stay. The location is perfect and you can walk to a number of restaurants, cafés and find anything you may need. You really can't beat the value of this place! One thing worth mentioning is that quite a bit of sound carries in from the hallway when people walk past the door, but that shouldn't be a big issue if you're not a light sleeper. I would be happy to return here anytime! Muchas gracias y hasta luego!

This was a return visit after 3 years away, and the apartment was in the same immaculate condition as it was before. It has everything you could possibly require, and the host, Angel, is one of the very best - he is professional, helpful, quick to respond to any questions, yet unobtrusive, and he so carefully considers what people might need in a small studio apartment… If it rains, there is an umbrella, if the sun shines there is a beach parasol, and even ice blocks for your picnic! We have never stayed anywhere else with this level of attention to detail. We will return again, and that is the best form of recommendation.

Cozy Haven in the Heart of Malaga: A Perfect Month-Long Retreat

Our month in this charming Malaga apartment was exceptional. Ideal for couples, this cozy space quickly became home. Our host, Ángel, exemplified hospitality. He provided a thorough tour of the apartment and also fulfilled a special pre-arrival request enhancing our work comfort along with valuable local insights of Malaga. The immaculately clean apartment was surprisingly well-equipped. Multiple towels, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen with thoughtful additions like shopping bags and beach umbrella, cooler bag and ice packs made our stay incredibly convenient. Location is a major highlight. A 5-minute walk to Malaga's main plazas and historic center, with the beach just 20 minutes away. The incline road on return walk is worth noting but manageable. The building's elevator was a blessing for our luggage. Ample storage allowed us to fully unpack and settle in. Comprehensive amenities, from laundry facilities to hair styling tools, catered to all needs. If we could suggest one improvement, it would be adding an air fryer to complement the electric stove and microwave/grill. However, this didn't detract from our experience. Leaving was bittersweet. For couples seeking a comfortable, well-located base in Malaga, especially for extended stays, we wholeheartedly recommend this property. It's perfect for 1-2 people, and we're already looking forward to returning!

Angel was a super host. Excellent communication. The studio was lovely, super clean, supplied everything you could need, and was conveniently located. Stayed for a month, within short walking distance of almost everything including public bus transportation. Highly recommended.

perfect apartment in a perfect location

angel the manager bends over backwards to make certain that your stay is comfortable and will even call a taxi for you if you need one. the apartment is very secure behind a thick door and the building has an elevator that opens at your front door. Many attractions within easy walking distance and a supermarket within a five minute walk. Everything is as near perfect as one could find in Malaga.

Did my 1st solo travel and decided to book this appartement for 10nights. Honestly I couldn’t of been happier with the cleanliness, location and amenities. Very accessible, close by to the center, buses are within 5minutes as well. I walked everywhere easily, as per example, to the Muelle Uno is only 25mins walk. The appartement is not dead on in the center so it’s very quiet..you can get a good night sleep. I felt very safe throughout my entire stay! Grocery store is close as well as a few good restaurants. I only travel with carry on so I was surprised to find everything I needed in case I ran out of stuff (shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, gel, hairdryer, straightener, iron board, umbrella, reusable grocery bags, ice cube trays, wine opener, Tupperware containers, Saran Wrap etc!) The owner was also very flexible on check-in time which facilitated everything for me. He responds to messages very fast and helps you out with anything needed during your stay (I borrowed an adapter, mine broke) The apartment is SPOTLESS! The cleanest I’ve seen during my travels and appliances are brand new! I would definitely recommend this place hands down!

The apartment was spotless and very well organised. Angel met us with the keys and explained how to use items in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and there was a good shower. It is a short walk 5 minutes or so to the centre or to the Plaza de la Merced. It is around 15 minutes walk to get to the marina/harbour. Felt really safe and at ease walking around the area. There were some beach parasols in the apartment (we only needed one) and also an umbrella which was very useful on one day. A large supermarket is less than 5 minutes walk away and Angel provided shopping bags and a shopping trolley: there are several small ‘corner shops’ in the area. We would happily stay here again when visiting Malaga.

Perfect studio for a few days in Malags

Ángel’s studio was perfect for us. It was just 10 minutes walk to Malaga cathedral and centre of town, had everything we needed to cook a simple meal - although Malaga has so many tapas bars and wonderful restaurants that we mostly ate out. It was bright, immaculately clean, and had 2 Juliette balconies with a rack to hang towels / washing out to dry.

Lovely little apartment with loads of storage. Exactly as pictured. We spent a month there and we were very comfortable. The location was ideal. There is a Beautiful grocery store just minutes away on foot. I highly recommend it.

A very nice place to stay

Good location. About 10 to15 minutes walk from the Centre. A secure quiet studio apartment with good WiFi, comfortable bed, good shower, lots of storage space, and a very adequate kitchen. The host met us at the apartment and was very friendly and most helpful. He responded very quickly when we asked him a question about the workings of the kitchen appliance. There was a good supermarket and a couple of nice understated local bars very near. The apartment was bright and modern and had everything we needed. His recommended taxi company for the airport was spot on.

Very nice property

The property is exactly as in the picture. Exceptional location, close to 2 supermarkets and in the middle of historic district. The bus stop 10 minutes walk. Close to the port with markets and drinking places. The property is perfect for a single person or couple. Has 2 nice big windows, unfortunately with inside patio view. Lots of light but no sunshine. Very well equipped but with so many eateries close by, cooking seems unnecessary. There is a greengrocer nearby were tomatoes taste like tomatoes! Altogether a 10+

Just as the reviews say and a good night's sleep. One helpful tip for you.....just in back of the place is the C1 circular bus run. The stop is at the Jorge Rando Museum, just two blocks away. Save your feet for cheap!
