Clean and fresh room but we got the room on the ground floor and it was next to the loud gate. It was a calm street but when people walked by, it could be heard very clearly in the apartment. We visited in March and the room was very cold upon arrival. They had a heating system so you could get the room warm but the floor was still very cold.

Fantastic location, right next to the hustle and bustle of old town Malaga. Large apartment with high ceilings. Interior decoration was nicely done, kitchen was well equipped. very large double and two singles was perfect for us. The apartment did overlook the square which was nice but it did mean we were woken a couple of times in the night by voices and the street cleaner. I am sure in the summer with better weather it would be noisier.

This is a very nice place in a good location Very noisy at night though. I gave it a 3 star because of lack of communication. I received all my information in Spanish and I requested several times for English. I finally spoke to live chat and had some help. I again left a message on what’s app as they suggested I use. And I have still never heard back from them. That was a week ago.

The apartment is lovely, but it's in a lively area, which we were willing to overlook because it was supposed to have excellent soundproofing. We chose it for these reasons. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the bedroom window was broken and couldn’t be closed, resulting in three nights of poor sleep. Additionally, the AC wouldn’t turn off, leaving the apartment freezing. We informed the apartment manager when we arrived, but he didn’t address the issues and promised a refund, which we never received.
