This beautiful designer apartment is located in the artistic district SoHo in the heart of Malaga city. The apartment was fully renovated in 2016 and offers a practical design with quality furnishings. The property offers a large open-plan kitchen with a stylish dining and living room with TV and two comfortable armchairs where you can enjoy views of the water and the city.



The apartment offers two bedrooms: one with double bed, wardrobe, TV, access to the terrace and a private bathroom with shower and the other offers two individual adjustable beds (which can be made into a double bed) and access to the terrace with two chairs and a table where you can enjoy the view and a glass of wine.



We offer another bathroom with shower. Here you will also find a washing machine and dryer. In order to offer you the perfect setting for your city break in Malaga, we have air conditioning, high speed Internet, elevator and we can offer parking for 15 € per day.

The place was very roomy... Loved the porch! Sat out there every morning with my coffee! Loved the little creatures coming up to say hi.... Walked right across the road to the beach... Had a little trouble using that keyless pad to get in....but Shelley was wonderful helping us out! Had originally book at Emerald on the boardwalk, but decided we wanted something quieter and better beach access! GORGEOUS BEACHES!!!

Lovely modern apartment with amazing views, right in the heart of the city centre, The apartment has everything you need and is a perfect base for a stay in this wonderful city. The dishwasher needs a little attention, though it still works- this is very minor.
