The living area is thoughtfully arranged with a comfortable single sofa bed, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table—creating a welcoming space to relax, dine, or unwind after a day of exploring the city.

Adjacent to the living space, the sleeping area features a plush double bed with hotel-quality linens for restful nights. Ample storage is available to keep your belongings neatly organised.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, microwave, and all the essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare home-cooked meals with ease.

For added convenience, the apartment features a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs.

The modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the quiet Bailén-Miraflores district, this area offers a peaceful residential atmosphere while being just a short distance from Málaga’s vibrant city centre. Guests can easily explore local cultural attractions such as the Museo Jorge Rando and the interactive Centro de Ciencia Principia. For art lovers, the renowned Museo Picasso and the historic Alcazaba fortress are also within reach.

The famous Calle Larios shopping street is nearby, perfect for strolling, shopping, or enjoying a coffee in one of its charming cafés. Dining options abound in the area, with local favorites like Mesón Antonio offering delicious Mediterranean cuisine, as well as several bakeries like Julia Bakery and La Canasta for fresh pastries.

The location is well-connected by public transport, with bus lines 7, 8, and C1 operating close by, and the Málaga Centro-Alameda train station just a short walk away. The Atarazanas metro station also provides quick access to the rest of the city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Plaza de Bailén, is just a 3-minute walk.

Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

Bus lines 21/38 can take you directly to Malagueta Beach, just walk around 8 minutes to bus stop Alonso de Palencia

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
