This cosy studio is located on the third floor of a building with a lift, away from the hustle and bustle thanks to a square that minimises nearby traffic.



The space is designed for your comfort: a spacious living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge and microwave (does not have an oven or dishwasher), television and a sofa that can be used as a third bed. The rest area has a double bed and a large wardrobe where you can comfortably store your luggage. The bathroom is complete, with a bathtub to relax after a day of exploration.



With 51 m², this apartment combines spaciousness and functionality so you feel at home. A few metres away you will find restaurants, public transport, supermarkets and the Guadalmedina river, while within a radius of 2 to 3 km you can visit iconic places such as the Picasso Museum, the historic Calle Larios and beaches like La Malagueta. Additionally, the airport is just 12 km away, facilitating your arrival and departure.



The accommodation has a lift, WiFi, air conditioning and heating, washing machine and iron, offering everything necessary for a practical stay in the centre of Malaga.
