New Picasso Lagunillas Neighborhood Apartment

In the heart of the historic center, in the neighborhood with the most style and art in its streets where Picasso was born. Our apartment is located next to the Plaza de la Merced and the Cervantes Theater, in the Las Lagunillas neighborhood, known for its walls decorated with beautiful graffiti and premises inspired by a sustainable cultural movement.

This spacious apartment with4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,equipped kitchen, living room and 2 Andalusian-style patios is available for a maximum of 6 people. It has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Ideal for getting to know Malaga without needing a car. Malagueta Beach is a 15-minute walk away and there are all kinds of services around. You can make all the recommended visits to get to know the city: the Alcazaba, the Cathedral, Gibralfaro Castle, Pimpi, Muelle Uno, Thyssen Museum, etc.

As in all CLEF Málaga 🌞 Apartments, you will find the following services:

Linen and laundry:All our sheets and towels are washed, dried, and ironed in an industrial laundry, ensuring 100% cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. However, please note that high-quality cleaning products are used, and washing is done at temperatures above 60ºC. Some stains may appear due to chemical reactions between cosmetic products (tanning creams, makeup, etc.) and laundry products (active oxygen, bleach, detergents, etc.).

Reservation modifications:Will be accepted within the free cancellation period, provided the calendar allows it.

Clef Málaga Office Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On weekends, our team will handle emergencies and important issues during your stay. For administrative matters, please wait until office hours to be assisted.

Good apartment very convenient for Malaga old town/centro

The apartment is very good and the description is accurate. The stairs up to the apartment need looking at there are several broken tiles which could be a trip hazard.
