Room was clean, staff were nice. Pool was heated so even though it was end of Nov/Dec it was still ok to swim. Rooftop bar would have been nice. Coffee machine in the room but very difficult to use without burning yourself as it has been pushed into a tiny space along with the kettle, sharing 1 plug. Coffee isn't replenished. I did ask at reception however got sent to the bar who said they didnt have any. For the price per night, and the fact it is 4*, i would expect tea and coffee to be replenished daily. Didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that one. The minibar had drinks inside but no pricelist. I had to ask at the bar on the last night despite already asking. At this point we were told it was all free and included in the room fee! The back entrance is attached to the train station, including shops which is very useful. It is about 20 min walk from the centre. All in all, i would stay again (for the right price!)

Our family had a pleasant stay! The children were thoroughly entertained by the unique slide connecting the second floor and lobby. The suites were lovely, and the complimentary champagne and candy for the kids was a truly thoughtful welcome. The convenience was unbeatable: the hotel is directly connected to both the shopping mall and the train station, making travel effortless. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially with our large group—they managed our luggage with ease.

This hotel offers excellent services and facilities. It would be my first choice for a return stay. It is spotlessly clean. The staff are will do anything to help you. The breakfast and other food options are excellent. It is in a central location with very easy access to trains and taxis. It was my birthday during my stay and they even surprised me with cake and wine put in my room. What more could I ask for.
