The 50m2 apartment offers beautiful sea views and a lovely balcony. It is on the second floor and is completely renovated and tastefully decorated. It features a living/dining room with fitted kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and bathroom with washing machine.
The apartment includes free WiFi, TV, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The house is 2 minutes’ drive from the Malaga ring road making access by car easy and fast. Free street parking is available very close to the house.
Along the beach promenade you will find modern and traditional restaurants and bars. The beach is an ideal, and safe, place for children to play and swim in the sea. Malaga City Centre is 10 minutes' drive away or a 20-minute bus ride. You can visit the Picasso Museum or taste the local food in one of the numerous bars and restaurants nearby.
