Rooms to improve

Hotel staffs are nice and friendly, but housekeeping and maintenance teams really needs to step up on the cleaning and maintenance. The room floor does not seem be cleaned even before and during my stay, room service dishes/glasses were seen being left along corridors for a couple of days, wall mounted table are on the verge of dropping out and toilet is leaking. Hope these are not too much to expect from a rated 3.5star hotel. Also rather disappointed to only know that there is no laundry service available on site...

Location good with a Hypermart mydin , macdonald Just beside hotel and a nasi kandar restaurant also nearly. Room are comfortable , clean but small in size to the extend if need to eat in the room got to to pull out a mini table attached to the wall No mini fridge. Toilet too cramp especially for big size person . But for the price it’s still comfortable and affordable . Restaurant - the breakfast not much choice of food served

Unfortunate for the staffs who did their very best to give services to customer. Main issue is with the planning and procedure of the hotel which was not up to standard. The room is small (max of 3 star). The maintenance of the bathroom do seem like being overlook. Having a deluxe room is does not seem to be bigger or better than superior except for having an extra bed in which cause the room to be crowded. Again I pity the staffs who did give excellent service with what at their disposal
