Our bedrooms have a warm, modern organic, hotel-inspired feel, with comfortable bedding and practical touches for families and groups.

Each of the three upstairs bedrooms has its own attached bathroom with a hot shower. For guests staying downstairs, the common bathroom is conveniently next to the bedroom; its shower has unheated water.

Add a little extra fun with our inflatable water slide and splash pool for RM100 per stay, including setup and cleaning.

The golf course, driving range and other club facilities are independently managed by Tiara Melaka Golf & Country Club. Access is subject to the club’s rules, availability and separate fees.

The club swimming pool is currently under maintenance and unavailable until further notice.

Guest access

You will have private access to the entire two-storey home: all four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, coffee corner, balcony, laundry facilities and parking.

Self check-in is via smart lock after the required Tiaraville security registration. There are two security checkpoints, and the guard will escort you to the house once clearance is completed.

Up to three guest vehicles may enter Tiaraville. Additional vehicles must park at the designated car park outside the security gate.

The nearby golf course, driving range, club swimming pool and other recreational facilities are independently managed by Tiara Melaka Golf & Country Club. Club access is subject to its rules, availability and separate fees.

SWIMMING POOL UPDATE

The community swimming pool at Tiara Melaka Golf & Country Club is currently under maintenance and unavailable until further notice. It is independently managed by the club, separate from Tiaraville Residence and INA Golf Retreat.

BALCONY UPDATE — 6 OCTOBER 2026

Following recent heavy rain and stormy weather, the balcony remains accessible, but the outdoor cushions are temporarily stored indoors and the awning is unavailable. It may look different from some listing photos.

Exterior cameras cover the front entrance/driveway and rear yard; none indoors. Max 1 pet. Smoking/vaping outdoors only. Quiet hours 10 PM–7 AM. Check-in 3 PM; checkout noon.
