The location, staffs & room is great but the management have to improve the soundproofing of the building because the music from the fancy trishaw very disturbing. The trishaw is operate until 2.00am. The management also need to allocate a few parking space for the guest and without any cost to be bear by the guest. Although there is a free parking lot provided by the hotel but double parking is a hassle for guests. Guests should leave the car key at the reception to allow hotel staff to remove the obstructed vehicle if necessary.

Nice hotel,great location

Our first time stay in this hotel which location is very near to jonker street and pahlawan mall, food at the restaurant are nice. Staff are helpful..will come back again!

Good place except the noise

Hotel building was easy to find. Free parking. Very short walk to jonker street. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Twin room was not that noisy as compared to the quad room.
