I have given a 3 star because there were a few things that brought it down. Firstly no one replies to you on Expedia, email or there million what’s aap numbers. Second, the bathroom shower holder broke when placed and the door doesn’t slide you really have to pull it close. Third, when asking for some more teabags and milk I got told to get it from the shop which meant I had to pay for it. I shouldn’t have to pay it should be replenished. Fourth, the area is good although there’s men gathered in the evening which made me uncomfortable to walk to and fro. Fifth, the haram bus doesn’t not stop you at haram you still need to walk 20 mins! Positives, it’s really easy to walk to haram which takes 25mins not 15 as they tell you. The staff are all really friendly. Would I stay again? Maybe but only if I had to.

Room was clean. Lots of flies. Shower water temperature fluctuated constantly. Staff unable to change a 100riyal banknote Location (on spur road) VERY difficult for taxis to reach. I took 4 taxis and every taxi got lost.

If you don't mind walking then a good hotel, definitely for the price. Bus service available from hotel but drop off location is still a good 10 min walk to Haram

The staff members were very friendly, especially the male receptionist during night shift and the concierge named Fahim. The rooms were always left super clean, stutter/bus service was on time, although the driver sometimes came 2 minutes before departure time. The breakfast service was good, healthy options available. Would definitely love to come back again.

Forget about anyone answering your call from reception — even if you’re dying in your room. No matter what time I called (day or night), the reception never picked up. After going down personally and asking why they don’t answer, the only response I got was: “I was busy with customers at the counter.” Apparently, one person handles everything, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel in Makkah. This wasn’t a one-time issue — it happened all three times I tried calling, even on different days. Secondly, the washroom drainage was very poor. Water did not go down properly, so the bathroom floor stayed wet and dirty all the time. Very inconvenient. Now the good part: • The room was clean • Breakfast was good However, transportation is another issue. Unless you have your own car, be prepared to walk. Their shuttle bus drops you far from the Haram, and you still need to walk around 15 minutes to reach. Overall, the hotel needs more staff, better maintenance, and improved shuttle service. Clean room and good breakfast, but the service issues make the stay uncomfortable.
