EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

PLEASE DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. After booking, we stayed at the hotel lobby for 3 hours after they were “finding us a room” and kept telling us to wait. Eventually, we left because we were exhausted as they never gave us a room. Apparently they were full. Once I get back to the US I’ll be demanding a refund. They have no customer service what’s so ever. Please don’t waste your time and don’t book.
