The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. From Youssef at Reception to the restaurant chef and his team, the cafeteria staff, and the cleaning crew, everyone works together seamlessly under the guidance of a detail‑oriented manager who is visibly present in every aspect of operations. Whether at Reception or during breakfast, the manager ensures that each employee delivers outstanding service. Although we arrived five hours before the official check‑in time, Youssef at Reception graciously provided us with a room immediately, at no extra charge. His professionalism and kindness set the tone for our stay. The restaurant was another highlight, especially for my mother, who loved the atmosphere. The gentleman at the restaurant check‑in desk greeted us warmly with a constant smile, while the chef stood by the buffet, attentively ensuring the food was plentiful and that guests were satisfied—always accompanied by his charming Egyptian smile. The omelette chef deserves special praise as well: he prepared each dish with care and a cheerful attitude, adding a personal touch that made breakfast feel even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team was equally impressive: responsive, professional, and thorough. Even the laundry staff demonstrated the same high level of care and efficiency. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its remarkable service and genuine hospitality

Amazing hotel. Clean, modern room. Location was amazing - just 10mins from the haram. The only thing was that you would have to walk uphill to the haram which can be tiring for elders and if you constantly go from hotel to haram 5x a day.

Clean Room but you had to call for room service so I didn’t get my room cleaned in the 2 nights I was there. The walk to Haram is uphill so wouldn’t recommend for older folks. There is a small shortcut through the Anjum Hotel but you still have to walk uphill for a bit but it’s still not that bad
