Even though the hotel ia a little on the hill the shuttle service is excellent to go and come back from Haram. You have small grocery shops,Laundy and essential clothes shops the only shortfall is there aren’t any restaurant or takeaway facilities unless you walk down the hill.

People was good but from this hotel main mosque was at least 20 minutes drive and other things inside room and bathroom condition wasn't good.
They keep this hole inside the bathroom
