The room didn't seem like it was cleaned prior to us arriving and throughout the stay, our room was never cleaned, touched up and we were only delivered a fresh set of toilet paper, and towels once.

Absolutely nothing to write home about!!!! I cannot believe Expedia listed this hotel. It’s possible other rooms may not be as bad as ours, as they seemed to have the numbers, but it was not even close to being ok. If I listed everything wrong with it I’d be here a long time. Expedia need to grant a refund on this because it truly was not good.

Overall, disappointing experience. The staff is nonresponsive, lack seriousness. I booked for 13 days and there was no room service and toilet paper or tissue box were not provided, when I asked for 3 to 4 times they have given me a towel. The worst experience was with regards to room keys card, which was getting disabled on a daily basis and I need to go to the reception to activate. When you’re in urgent need to use the room and I was given a room on 15th floor going back-and-forth was really frustrating and every time when they activate the card I used to remind them that I have checked in for 13 days why I need to come in activate the room card on a daily basis. They have not sorted the issue until my last day. I have to do that.

The money you’d save here will easily be forced out of your pocket by the unfortunate events these guys eventually cause for you. Very disappointing and disgusting rooms Sticky grime everywhere, they say there’s 24 shuttle to the mosque but it leaves you stranded for hours you’re better off paying for taxi. When you ask them to clean your room they get very upset and ask you when was the last time they cleaned and if it was within 3 days they’ll deny you. Even though the first clean wasn’t affective whatsoever. The rooms are very dirty and gross. Bed springs shoot up into your back. After a week of staying there my body is in lots of pain. Washroom is tiny and is cleaned poorly. Elevator is very poorly working and very unhygienic. Absolutely no accountability or accommodation in this hotel please spend the extra money and get a different one.

Pas de serviette, pas d'eau chaude pour la douche eau chaude juste dans le lavabo. Quand on demande a la réception c'est tout à fait normal que au 2 première il n'y est pas d'eau chaude celon eux. Chambre sale tache de sang sur le mur, reste de nourriture sous les lit nous avons nettoyer nous même.
