My historic 136-year-old Dalmatian stone villa comfortably accommodates 6 adults (+1 small child) across 3 floors. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, an additional guest toilet with laundry facilities, and a fully equipped indoor kitchen located inside the authentic stone Konoba, this villa perfectly blends tradition and modern comfort. All rooms include air-conditioning, Smart TV with SAT, and free Wi-Fi.

Sehr außergewöhnlich

Wir waren bei Vito 1 Woche zu Gast und waren sehr begeistert. Das alte Steinhaus inmitten der wunderschönen Landschaft ist etwas sehr Außergewöhnliches. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr detailreich und sehr sauber. Es fehlte nichts an Ausstattung, vom Bügeleisen, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Hollywoodschaukel, Grill und Knoblauchpresse…. Einfach alles! Am besten hat uns die höhlenartige Küche gefallen, der geheizte Pool, die wunderbare Dachterrasse und die Terrasse mit den vielen Pflanzen. Mit nächtlichem Vogelgezwitscher einzuschlafen, war auch ein super Erlebnis… Danke Vito für die tolle Woche!

Wunderschöne Steinvilla Tisina

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Villa Tisina gebucht und hätten am liebsten verlängert. Das Objekt ist eine weit über hundert Jahre alte Steinvilla mit besonderem Charme, in einer tollen Lage an einem idyllischen botanischen Garten unterhalb eines Berges. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Der Küchenbereich bietet alle Möglichkeiten, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Direkt an der Küche befindet sich ein wunderschön romantisches Esszimmer im Stil eines Kellergewölbes. Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und ein Wohnzimmer, in dem man bequem den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Im oberen Stock befindet sich noch ein Bad und ein Schlafzimmer mit super bequemen Bett, von dem aus man sogar im liegen das Meer durch das Fenster sehen kann. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön aufgeteilt, ein Bereich mit Steingrill, und großer Sitzgarnitur für den alles wünschenswerte bereitgestellt wird. Im mittleren Bereich befindet sich ein Pool der nachts in einem schönen Licht strahlt, rundherum Liegestühle und eine bequeme Sitzgarnitur. Im obersten Bereich befindet sich die Terrasse, mit super bequemer Hollywoodschaukel, mit direktem Blick auf das Meer und die Berge oberhalb des Hauses. Wir wurden von Vito direkt sehr herzlich empfangen und mit Wein und regionalen Spezialitäten verköstigt. Sämtliche Einzelheiten rund um das Haus wurden uns ausführlich erklärt. Vito war für alle Fragen und Wünsche jederzeit erreichbar. Wir sind in allen Hinsichten zufrieden. Grazie Vito per quel posto bellissimo e per una vacanza perfetta. :)

Erholsamer Urlaub in Kroatien

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Vila Tisina und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Schön sind auch die Lage am Hang mit einem traumhaften Blick über die Küste, der Pool und die vier Terrassen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat sich um alles gekümmert, war immer erreichbar und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Hvala Vito! Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Traum Haus in perfekter Lage in absoluter Ruhelage

Vito hat uns gleich mit Wein und einer Jausenplatte in seinem echt tollen und geschmackhaft eingerichteten Haus herzlichen willkommen geheißen. Das Haus bot alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Das Haus ist für Ruhesuchende perfekt, da es etwas außerhalb von Makaskar in den Bergen liegt. Die Terrasse auf dem Hausdach bot einen perfekten Blick über die Kroatische Riviera. Der kleine, aber feine Pool bot eine angenehme Abkühlung. Vito war sehr hilfsbereit und ständig für unsere Anliegen da. Der Pool wurde ständig von ihm gewartet. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal kommen. Dear Vito, thank you for the great time we spent in your house. You are a great host, who was there for us at all times. Thank you very much and keep it up. Wie im Bilderbuch

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, die märchenhafte Feriendomizil ist genauso wie beschrieben. Die Küche so wie das ganze Haus ist komplett ausgestattet uns fehlte gar nichts. Die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermietern lässt auch keine Wünschen offen. Die Lage des Hauses kann man in Worten gar nicht beschreiben, das muss man einfach gesehen und erlebt haben. Kurz gesagt, es war ein super Urlaub, können wir nur weiter empfehlen!
