If your staying here take cash

Booked this place and first impression was its a building site I was then asked for £100 cash damage deposit i dont carry that amount with me and not many people do I offered to put it on my card and was told they dont have a card machine Come on no card machine...joke The manager then said he would hold on to my driving licence..erm no thanks thats my ID and im not leaving it with anyone It was agreed that i wouldnt stay so i left and contacted Hotels.com to refund my payment Nothing refunded so thats making me consider if i will use this app again I would have thought the customer comes 1st I use this app a lot and im very very disappointed
