We had a wonderful stay and it was so close to Maidstone where we were visiting family. The manager at the hotel checked us in and she was so lovely and helpful. An amazing lady who is a great asset to your company and her team.

Set in a motorway services, it is noisy and lacks any meaningful character. Dining options are purchasing pre-packed drinks & snacks from reception (when it's open) or eating at the Services. Walkable to Leeds Castle for an evening where we didn't want to drive, which made it worth the while. Not badly priced.

Hotel rooms were clean and a good size, but the bath was a little on the short side. Free parking even on the day you book out which was a plus. The staff on all days were very friendly and helpful. Having the Costa, MC Donald's etc on site was great too

The stay was amazing; we stayed for a night, and the staff was so helpful. Our sink wasn't working, and since it was late at night, they gave us the keys to the new room so we could use its bath. This level of service was so amazing. God bless the receptionist. Will definitely come again. Days Inn was a nice experience

Didn’t expect much with the price (and the main photo is of a service station Costa) but just need a quick stop off. Really loud room, it was facing away from the motorway, but nicely has air conditioners (or something) in a court yard outside the window . About 3 hrs sleep. Lady on reception was great though, didn’t get a name, but she was the shiny light in tired old hotel (ask if they’re hiring at the Mercury 😉)
