Quaint house within walking distance to restaurants (2) . Beautiful area and can see Lake Pepin from back deck. It is close to railroad track which we were told in description. We didn’t mind hearing the trains-some people might. Comfortable furniture in house. Kitchen and bathroom have been updated. Other restaurants and shops within short driving distance. Nice hikes nearby also. We had a good stay.

The home was very comfortable and clean. There were nice amenities including coffee, but we ran out because with a big group we made 2 pots a day. The location was convenient although the whole family laughed about the concrete wall that shows up on Google maps instead of the home. About 8 trains thunder by a day, but by the 2nd day you barely notice them. There are a few safety issues if you have small children that I told the owner about, and there is definitely only 1 bathroom.Overall it's a spacious and comfortable place that is easy to enjoy.
