Situation:

MADO MARIA House is a typical Menorcan house located near the residential area of Binixica. The town of San Clemente, where you will find all kinds of services (supermarket, banks, pharmacy, etc.), is less than 5 minutes by car, and the capital, Mahón, is 10 minutes driving. The different beaches in the south, Calan Porter, Punta Prima, Binisafúa and Binibeca, are also 10 - 15 minutes by car. Having a vehicle is essential.



Exterior:

The property has two terraces, one next to the pool and the other in front of the house. The design pool has Roman stairs along its entire side, and is surrounded by dry wall on the other side. The terrace in front of the house has a pergola with a table and two built-in benches for outdoor dining. The house's entrance hall can be converted into a covered porch by opening the large glass doors.



Interior:

The property has been renovated in early 2008, and has been redesigned paying great attention to details, and using high-quality materials and furniture. The rooms are distributed over two floors:

Ground Floor: entrance hall (porch), spacious living/dining/kitchen (separated by arches), 1 master bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom (connected to the porch) with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 single bedroom (connected to the porch) with en-suite toilet.

First Floor: 1 master bedroom with air conditioning, 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and 1 bathroom with shower.
