The hotel was perfectly fine for the price—no problems at all. The staff were wonderful, especially the very kind gentleman working on Monday morning. My only issue is the location; it’s pretty secluded, and getting to and from Europa-Park was inconvenient. The breakfast was nothing special but totally acceptable. Overall, a good stay for what you pay, but I’d personally prefer to stay somewhere closer to the park next time.

Nice place to lay your head for the night after going to Europa Park. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Easy check in, and they have eliminated check out, simply leave before check out time. Parking comes at a small cost, and is very congested that is the only draw back. Your near several gas stations and a restaurant, and city of Rusk proper is less than a 10 minute drive.

Could have clean and replaced the towels

Nice hotel but did not clean room replace towels tidy beds etc and we were there two nights. Told to leave towels on the floor to be replaced and we came back after our second night to find wet towels on floor as not replaced

The property seems to be very new. Staff was friendly and the location is close to the amusement park. There are really no choices of food in the area after 8pm. The bed, pillow, and comforter are horrible.

Agréablement surpris. Les chambres étaient super propres bien équipées le personnel super agréable que ça soit le matin ou le soir le petit déjeuner super différents choix. Der Aufenthalt war ganz ok. War auf Durchreise. Parkplatz kostet 6 Euro vor dem Hotel man kann aber au h ausserhalb parken. Das Frühstücksbuffet durchschnittlich aber was man zum Start braucvt ist vorhanden. Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sauber und groß. Kann es empfehlen wenn man auf durchreise ist und der Europapark ist auch nur paar km entfernt
