Villa de Roses, with reasonable price level, is in hands of friendly, honest, helpful and hard working local people. Many of the high price level hotels and restaurants in the area are in hands of Russian Putin friends from Moscow.

Etwas in Jahre gekommenes Mobiliar, das Geschirr, der Wasserkocher und der Toaster. Die BadetĂŒcher sind schon lange nicht mehr weiss und weich. DafĂŒr sind es nur 100m zum Strand. Super zu schwimmen. Es gibt Take Away in der NĂ€he, etwas weiter einen Supermarket.

Beaucoup d’équipements mentionnĂ©s sur le site n’existent pas. Pas de petits dĂ©jeuners, rĂ©ception jamais lĂ . Nous posons nos affaires par terre car pas de tables de nuit. Ne demandez pas d’eau ou de cafĂ© car on vous dit non. AprĂšs 12h ne demandez rien et ne les dĂ©rangez pas car la propriĂ©taire trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Chambre simple mais correcte pour le prix. Par contre trĂšs bruyante, mĂȘme la nuit (le tĂ©lĂ©phone de la rĂ©ception sonnait souvent et personne ne rĂ©pondait). Il n'y avait personne Ă  la rĂ©ception la plupart du temps pour nous aider. Le dernier jour, nous avons commandĂ© un taxi Ă  4h45 au matin pour aller Ă  l'aĂ©roport, qui nous a Ă©tĂ© confirmĂ© mais personne n'est venu ! N'espĂ©rez pas avoir une bouteille d'eau en guise de bienvenue ni de sachet de cafĂ©/thĂ©...vous pourrez tout de mĂȘme boire de l'eau chaude. Les tarifs sont fonction de la localisation et non des prestations...vous l'aurez compris je dĂ©conseille

We weren't impressed. For the all three nights that we stayed there, no one came to clean our premises. The WiFi was weak throughout. The Tv channels didn't respond. No breakfast offered. Truly, no value for money!

This is a clean place with some inconveniences.

This is a clean place. My only complaints are: 1) staff was unprepared at check-in; 2) the room was not ready, and the staff came back to finish preparing the room for use while we were in the room and without knocking; 3) the check-out time is very inconvenient and staff shows ZERO flexibility in providing late check-outs, even if only for 1 hour extra.

The owners are lovely, the place is a good value for NBC a great location. The cleanliness could be better. There are lots of ants (normal in the Seychelles) but other hotels managed to keep most of them out. Also the shower doesn’t work so you have to hold it and spray yourself and it doesn’t stay hot. Overall, good stay though. The porch and views are amazing!

I had a layover here as I missed my connecting flight due to Air Seychelles delay. All I needed was a good night sleep. The AC in the room could not be turned off. There was no duvet or enough bedsheets to cover. I had to use the bathroom towel to cover myself. There were cockroaches in the shower and the shower head holder was broken and you to hold it to shower yourself. I needed wifi to rebook my next flight but even though they provided with wifi, there was no internet. When I asked, they said that they didn't pay for it. I acknowledge that they allowed me to stay after my check-out time and also called for my transfer to the airport. But the overall quality of the customer service was unpleasant. You felt that they were doing you favors. There was no apologies and no alternatives offered if you have issues with their service.

Ottima posizione Stanza ampia Pulizie regolari Prezzo Personale gentile Da migliorare la comunicazione con la gestione. Per posta elettronica e nella pubblicazione su Expedia si parlava di navetta dall'aeroporto e colazione ( con circa 3€/giorno extra) invece nessun dei due servizi ù stato espletato: alcune stanze non hanno cucina nù ci sono posti dove fare colazione a meno di 280 rupie nei paraggi quindi avere una colazione era utile.
