We had a very disappointing experience with Zen Nest Hospitality. Our case was not handled properly, and the required support was not provided. They also failed to contact Expedia.co.in to resolve the issue, despite this being necessary to address our concern. Overall, the service was unsatisfactory, and we expected much better support and communication.
