Accommodation Description:
A beautiful, spacious home located in the historic center of the picturesque village of Magomadas, where breathtaking views of the Planargia Valley and the Mediterranean Sea await you.
The house is located in the historic center of a small village far from the noise of the city and enjoys a fantastic sea view that stretches beyond nearby Bosa.
It features a living area with a large sofa and TV—which can be used as an additional bedroom if needed—a large kitchen equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two beautiful terraces where you can admire enchanting sunsets or simply enjoy moments of deep relaxation and meditation.
One of the terraces is furnished with a table, chairs, a gazebo, a barbecue, and lounge chairs—everything you need to enjoy the stunning view even during daily meals.

We welcome our guests to an easily accessible location; after showing them to their accommodations and providing key information—including tourist tips—we remain available to assist with any needs throughout their stay.

Neighborhood description:
Magomada is a small village on the outskirts of Bosa, where you’ll find all the necessary amenities; it is strategically located and well-connected via State Road 131, which runs across the island from Sassari to Cagliari
Within a distance of 10 to 100 km, you can reach some of the island’s main destinations (Bosa 8 km - Alghero 51 km - Oristano 59 km – Nuoro 82 km – Sassari 92 km), as well as the Santu Antine nuraghe (53 km), the Santa Cristina well (54 km), the Roman baths of Fordongianus (71 km), and much more

Getting Around the Area:
Magomadas is a very small village, though it does have essential services (pharmacy, small grocery store, bar and tobacco shop). Transportation is essential to reach nearby Bosa, which offers all necessary amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, various shops, tennis courts, and much more), as well as the island’s many enchanting beaches.

House Rules:
1) Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors - 2) Pets are allowed only if well-trained - 3) Do not move furniture or other items on your own (please let us know if you need anything rearranged, and we will take care of it) - 4) Recycling must be done according to all instructions provided to guests inside the accommodation - 5) Keep the place clean - 6) Report any breakages immediately - 7) Cleaning service is available for an additional fee of €150 - 9) Changes to bed linens and towels cost €20 per person.
