Escape to a brand-new 4-bedroom retreat tucked in Magnolia, TX, just 30 minutes from The Woodlands and an hour to downtown Houston. Built in 2025, fully furnished, and designed for families, reunions, and remote-work getaways.

THE SPACE

You'll have the whole house to yourselves. 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and room for 8 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and a Keurig. Dining seats 6. The living room has a premium smart TV, and every bedroom has its own smart TV (4 total), so no fighting over the remote. Central A/C with a digital thermostat you control, in-unit washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace, and a large private backyard with plenty of room for the kids to run. Exterior security cameras cover the driveway and entry only. No interior cameras, ever.

GUEST ACCESS

The entire home and the private driveway are yours. Self check-in with a smart lock. We send the code 24 hours before arrival.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Grand Pines is a quiet, new-construction subdivision in Magnolia, TX, on a low-traffic street where kids can bike and neighbors actually wave. Grocery, Target, and H-E-B are 10 minutes. The Woodlands (restaurants, Market Street shopping, Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion) is 30 minutes. Old Town Spring is 25 minutes for antiques and date-night spots. George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is about 45 minutes. Downtown Houston is an hour.
